Less is more’ visualizing in few lines is what comes out whenever Shraddha Bansal makes any painting. Her works are based on space and forms. Positioning a form and designing the space on my canvas is my primary concern before starting any work. For her being a minimalist artist comes naturally and recently in 2018 she came across this medium Stainless Steel which speaks out the best of my vision on the canvas in monochromatic tones. This newfound medium gave her another edge to play with light and shadow, as the way the light reflects on each work cannot be determined beforehand and therefore the element of surprise is what keeps them fresh throughout its process. She majorly works with pastels, watercolor, gouache, and Steel, and cotton thread. her works can come into the category of multi-medium as she tends to enhance my work with whatever is needed on a particular canvas.
