ABOUT ARTIST

Alpesh Dave was born in 1984 in Ahmedabad. In 2008 he received his diploma in painting from Sheth C. N. College of Fine Arts, Ahmedabad. In 2010 he received his post-diploma from the Faculty of Fine Arts, M. S. University in Baroda, Gujarat. He had solo shows in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. He has participated in several group shows in Mumbai, Bikaner, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad at the Amdavad Ni Gufa, and many other places. In 2016 he participated in ‘A Labyrinth of Tales – I’m at Gallery 7, Kalaghoda in Mumbai. In 2006 he won the 46th State Lalit Kala Academic Award for his painting and in 2014 he won an award at the Vibrant Gujarat National Education Summit.
